- Assist FM in day-to-day operations of workplace facilities services and finance activities
- Raise purchase requisitions/purchase orders and maintain suppliers register
- Ensure payments are made to maintenance contractors within 1 months of the receipt of invoices
- Send reminders to service providers on billing for work done
- Get sign off from all service providers concerning final payments for services rendered in a given year
- Act as Account Payable to register and map invoices with purchase orders as well as verify invoices for work completed
- Assist client for the payment and PO to the respective vendor under manage service arrangement
- Ensure expiry of contracts are well-monitored and re-procurement is initiated if needed
