Finance Support (Temporary For 3 Months)

Responsibilities:

- Draft the Plan, Budget and Trends for his/her area of activity.
- Produce or supervise the monthly reports for his/her area of activity.
- Optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the Standards and good practices set down by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g. customer benefits, value analysis, cost analysis, POS advertising, CSV etc.).
- Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions.
- Handle the administrative tasks especially for reconciliation project
- Collect, restore the information entered by the sales team for GT channel neatly
- Requirements:

- Minimum a Bachelor Degree on Accounting (fresh graduates with internship experiences are welcome to apply)
- Good communication
- Has experience or knowledge in finance operation (budget controlling, AP/AR) preferably from consumer goods industry
- Understand the administration system and flow in distributor
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
- Can join immediately and willing to be contracted for 3 months
