**Description**:
We're on the lookout for a skilled Accountant to join our finance team in Jakarta.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our studio, contributing directly to our operational efficiency and financial health.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely updates to the Payable tracking system weekly.
Prepare and process due invoices for weekly payments and coordinate payment calls with the Finance Group every Friday. Review withholding tax calculations provided by our consultants (Mazars) on a weekly basis. Perform monthly reconciliations of withholding tax and ensure consistency between consultant reports and financial ledgers. Forecast and map out cash flow monthly, projecting up to three months ahead. Review and reconcile monthly payroll reports provided by consultants. Liaise with consultants regarding accounting, payment, tax, and payroll services. Monitor the monthly financial ledger, maintaining accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with HR, General Affairs, and General Management teams to prepare the quarterly budget. Support month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
- Administer and coordinate with the corporate secretary in Singapore for Touchten Pte Ltd.
**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Proficient in financial management, accounting practices, and tax regulations.
Experience with financial software and systems, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external consultants. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet strict deadlines. Enthusiastic about contributing to a leading gaming studio's financial health and success.
