Financial Controller - Cosmetics

**About The Company**:
Our Client is one of the leading cosmetics brands in Indonesia. They continue to develop innovative products that are the cutting edge in the international makeup scene.

You will work closely with C-levels stakeholders and will be responsible for the whole accounting, finance, tax, budgeting, and investor relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the local finance team to manage the full spectrum of finance activities, including but not limited to day-to-day operational accounting, finance, tax, and reporting
- Prepare financial reports, provide insightful analysis relating to key business decisions for both management and group financial stakeholders
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and analysis, including reviewing the journal entries and account reconciliation
- Review and suggest improvements on financial risk and control process, address internal and external audit concerns
- Implement continuous improvement for accounting, finance, and tax related process

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent
- Work experience in Retail is preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and audit experience
- Experience working in a startup environment is preferred
- Strong leadership, good analytical and problem-solving skills
