Financial Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing all finance and accounting operations
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
- Manage the planning & modelling project
- Financial planning & analysis
- Treasury management & funding
- Operations finance and Accounting & reporting SBU & consolidated report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, or any related degree
- Have min. 8 years working experiences as Finance & Accounting Manager in property industry
- Have a good communication skills in English - both written and verbal
- Auditing experience.
- Compliance oriented.
- Have negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- Finance Managerial: 8 years (required)
