We seek an experienced Financial Controller to join us.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Financial Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies aligned with company goals.- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Lead budgeting and forecasting for accurate financial projections.- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare timely income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance.- **Cost Control**: Implement measures for cost optimization.- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor and manage cash flow effectively.- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and lead the finance team.- **Financial Compliance**: Ensure regulatory compliance.- **Financial Analysis**: Conduct analysis to support decision-making.- **Taxation**: Manage tax planning and compliance.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.- Minimum 8 years of financial management experience.- Experience in property business preferred.- Strong financial reporting and analysis skills.- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.- Exceptional leadership and communication.- Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct.**Salary**: Rp50,000,000 - Rp70,000,000 per month**Experience**:- property industry: 5 years (required)
