Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Build overall financial & budget projections
- Monitor and analyze revenue structure along with driver expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to do an analysis and execution
- Provide ad-hoc support/analysis on critical projects/initiatives
- Conduct benchmarking with global peers, analyze annual reports, as well as other public information
- Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis
- Support regional and global quarterly and annual forecasting requirement

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy & analytics, financial planning, management consulting, or investment banking in start-ups, or Fortune 500 companies
- Previous relevant industry experience will be an advantage
- Solid data management and excel spreadsheet skills
- Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, and data-driven decision-making process
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
