Financing Risk Analyst

The company's goal is to provide convenient, fair, and transparent access to sharia financing for the Muslim community and to support them on their journey to a more meaningful and impactful life.
Analyze the creditworthiness of a new potential and existing beneficiary through 5 C analysis and any other necessary means.

Conduct any necessary procedures to ensure the financing activities are well risk mitigated, shariah complied, and properly managed as well as documented.

Evaluate Risk Acceptance Criteria for each product and improve periodically.

Clearly communicate any issues or discrepancies found during the quality review for correction.

Contribute to the continuous improvement agenda by suggesting process and procedure improvement ideas.
Bachelors degree in accounting/other business specialty or equivalent.

Work experience in financial industry (typically 3+ years).

Ability to read and interpret complex legal agreements to identify a variety of covenants.

Knowledge of financial documents including financial statements, accounts receivable and inventory reports, etc.

Creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making skill.

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask effectively and leverage internal resources.
