Fit Out Officer

**Job Responsibility**:

- To assist tenants/contractors for checking proposed design & giving information about rules & regulation
- Supporting Supervisor to supervise tenants fit out process
- Processing working permit as procedure

**Requirements**:

- Male/Female, max. 30 years of age
- S1 major in Architect / Design / Civil
- Min 1 year experience on the same / related position
- Capable in design and building constructions
- Good communication, honest, hard worker & able to work under pressure
- Good command in English, written & oral is a must
- Computer literate (MS. Office, AutoCAD, 3D Design, Photoshop, etc)
