Fit Out Staff - Aerium Apartment

**Job Descriptions**:- Control and supervise the fit-out tenant work with all those involved in it, both administrative and technical so that it runs well.- Review tenant designs to ensure that the design is in accordance with building standards.- Design decorations and ensure that the tenant's lid partition is in a comfortable, neat, and safe condition to maintain customer levels.- Review and provide feedback for skills, attendance attitude, etc of contractor workforce and rate months to improve their on-site performance.**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architect Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of working experience as Fit Out Staff (preferably in the property industry like an Apartment or Commercial Building).- Having communication and negotiation skill.- Computer literacy (Ms. Office) and AutoCad software or other design software that can support fit-out work.- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta.
