**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle fit out work permits as well as deposit and return administration activities
- Check the progress and completeness of the fit out checklist from residents or tenants
- Supervise fit out work permits according to building regulations
- Make daily and monthly reports

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fit out field
- Computer literacy
- Willing to be placed in BSD City

Nominal Salary: To be agreed
