Job Description
- Create flavour compounds according to customer request as per required standard
- Responsible for accurate compounding for material components which, include mixing, filling, packing and labeling jobs.
- Correct identification of different chemical material components and final products
- Check and ensure the finish products are according to required standard prior shipments
- To overcome that any problems that will arise during the production process
- Continously review and improve the laboratory area, housekeeping, ensuring always organized, clean and safe working place.

- Implementing GMP, HSE Programs, ISO programs and any standard required by company
- Supporting the quality management system
- Working on developing the Hertz Flavors priorities, strategies, goals and brand
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Educational background at least Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Agrofood Technology or related field.
- Having experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22001, HACCP, would be preferable
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in relevant manufacturing work sector
- Preferably specialized in daily production operations
- Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Fluent in english, both oral and written
