About The Role As the Fleet analyst, you will be the brains behind Gojek's newest vehicle projects. From your first day, you will train in SQL and Python to generate insights about driver and car performance, helping to identify and solve key challenges for the business. In any given week, you may go from deciding where EV fleets should charge, to reviewing the driver incentives model, to working with tech teams to launch game-changing routing algorithms.
As you develop in the role, you will build industry expertise, deploying analytical frameworks to make multi-million-dollar decisions about which fleets to expand and which service providers we should use. By the end of your time at Gojek, you will have an end-to-end picture of the on-demand transport industry and will have played a key role in building a better, more sustainable experience in Indonesia's largest mobility marketplace.
