Fleet Monitoring Staff

**Job description**:

- Controlling the last outbound activities
- Ensure the completeness of all vehicle documents
- Controlling deliveries made by drivers - motorists & Mobile Hub Coordinators as well as coordinating with related teams
- Filling out daily monitoring google sheets related to the up to date daily delivery status
- Controlling delivery segmentation based on order priority and assigned fleet
- Checking the entire fleet after completion of operations by the driver
- Ensure the completeness of all vehicle documents
- Coordinate with the Pasarnow CS team regarding all delivery problems that occurred that day.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Senior High School
- Maximum 35 years old
- Experience in field operation or back office
- Proficient with google sheet
- Have a logistic knowledge
- Willing to work shifting time (04:00 - 12:00 dan 10:00 - 19:00)
- Placement at Warehouse Pasarnow Cisalak, Depok
