Flight Operations Analyst

**Functional Responsibility**Create fuel-related reports to support management decisions Perform trend analysis from successful and unsuccessful flight crew evaluations in flight crew training and evaluation programs to support Flight Operations Management in the process of ensuring that crew members have achieved the required skills & knowledge to perform their duties**Role Responsibility**Strengthen AirAsia's brand image and customer advocacy Adopt AirAsia's culture and follow AirAsia's desired behavior Ensure adequate self-development and training are undertaken to fulfill accountabilities**Functional Duties**Collect fuel-related data from various sources Assist in department project management Attend Pilot instructor meetings and Flight Operations Safety Action Group meetings Assist department budget preparation Attend training/seminar domestic/overseas as directed by HOD Attend internal and external meetings as directed by HOD**Role Duties**Follow working procedures and ensure SOP compliance**Minimum working experience**:Min 3 years experience as a flight data analyst in the airline industry**Education**:Bachelor's Degree, any major, preferably Engineering, Management, or Statistics**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
