Floor Captain

Hospitality or F&B background- Have a good ability to work both as team or individual- Minimum 2 years work experiences as a Captain- The Leader takes the guest's orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing- The Leader is the primary person responsible for clearing and setting up tables in his/her area along with providing his guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require- Knowledge on the restaurant, its products and promotions is crucial for the Leader to know as they are the main contact with the guest- The Leader may also have the responsibility of additional side duties such as polishing chinaware/cutleries, refilling condiments and guest supplies- He/She may also be responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area as well as perform any other reasonable duty assigned by the Restaurant Manager**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
