Now we are looking for a dynamic, outgoing and enthusiastic – Floral Designer with strong background and experience in Large Events,  and able to design and execute the floral requirements of the hotel to join our energetic, enthusiastic and passionate team at Grand Hyatt Bali. 
The Floral Designer will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers . will be responsible for operational related to the arrangement and upkeep of all plants and flowers throughout the hotel or office. Also overseeing the operation of a florist, including managing staff.
Qualifications Minimum of 2 (two) year s of solid experience as Flo r al Designer or Florist Manager in a large 5-star luxury hotel or resort or in a similar firm . Preferable knowledge of flower arragement . Strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of florists and assistants. Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques. Ability to maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage the budget. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and vendors. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Creativity and attention to detail to create unique and beautiful floral arrangements.
