**Job Summary**

The Marketing Manager oversees the creation and delivery of marketing plans that fulfill the business goals and organizational strategies; ensures all communications are accurate, well-crafted and on-brand. Must have strong understanding of portfolio of products, consumer behavior, and market trends.

Collaborates with colleagues and with other departments and teams to pursue favorable outcomes of deliverables. Assists Head of the Department with the delivery and measurement of seasonal multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for devising a Category and Channel strategy for the brand.
- Devising strategy for ranging, promotions and price optimization.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, both locally and nationally.
- Negotiating with new and existing suppliers to devise relevant and effective strategies to deliver for the brand.
- Analyze these strategies to ensure they are working well in the business and to optimize outcomes.
- To drive improvements including supplier performance and develop the customer demand, whilst listening to and delivering results for stakeholders and in line with the business brand
- Using tools and techniques to profile; benchmark; research and assess the market; risks; competition; trends and new opportunities etc to ensure continuity of supply; to make sure that best value is achieved and to keep the organization ahead of the competition.

**Required**:

- Ability to prioritize priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with tight timelines.
- Experience in training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.
- Demonstrated numeric ability, forecasting skills.
- Strong strategic, analytical, organizational and personal skills
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Customer Focus behavior.
- Results Driven.
- Ability to conduct basic skills training.
- Ability to set and monitor standards.

**Note:**

1. Relocation is permanent

2. Travel and accommodation costs is covered and not in the form of reimbursement.

3. Job location is at Lae City, Papua New Guinea.

Pay: From Rp14,000,000 per month
