It is the only ice cream brand selected as the official sponsor of 2018 Asian Games held in Jakarta.
Currently covering Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and other countries, it has became a well-known ice cream brand in Southeast Asia.
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees procedures and processes and manages inquiries and requests related to preparation and distribution of payroll.
- Processes payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Maintains or oversees the maintenance of employee records.
- Ensures compliance with updated government regulations and local wage, and best practices.
- Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures.
**Requirements**:

- Good communication, presentation and writing skills in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in related roles.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Advance proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices
