Job Description

Monitor the vendor permit team to assist in site acquisition, ensuring compliance with relevant government laws and regulations.

Track site acquisition progress and report information.

Coordinate the relationship between subcontractors and customers to ensure smooth site acquisition and access.

Assist the permit team in signing site lease contracts between customers and owners.

Requirement

Experience in acquiring OSP project SITAC (Kelurahan RT/RW).

Good English communication and negotiation skills.

Experience handling subcontractors, SITAC, and permit requirements.

Sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure.
