Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, a knack for delivering outstanding service, and a proven track record of managing successful food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage department. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, increase revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Train, and motivate a high-performing team of food and beverage professionals. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve excellence. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and customer preferences. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
