Food & Beverage Attendant

**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the hotel's F&B outlets.
- Uphold, promote, and develop the brand identity of each F&B outlet.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, special F&B offers, and events to drive customer engagement and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to better align the F&B offerings and marketing strategies.
- Foster relationships with influencers, local media, and other potential partners to boost the visibility of the hotel's F&B outlets.
- Develop and manage the F&B marketing budget, ensuring a good return on investment for all campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the events team to promote special F&B events, tastings, or launches.
- Analyze the success of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on ROI.
- Work closely with the hotel's general marketing team, F&B operational team, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and mutual promotion.

Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of F&B trends and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
