Food Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Food Technologist **for our client. In this role, you will play a crucial part in researching, developing, and overseeing the production of food products. As a Food Technologist, you will focus on studying the physical, chemical, and biological properties of food to enhance product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify and implement methods for improving food products.
- Perform quality tests on materials and finished products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Evaluate the quality of materials and products, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Measure the physical and chemical properties of materials or objects to maintain product consistency.
- Provide training to personnel on technical and scientific procedures.
- Supervise laboratory work to ensure accuracy and adherence to protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Food Industry as a Food Technologist or in Research and Development.
- In-depth understanding of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000: 2005, 5S, Halal Assurance, Outlet Audit System, and Hygiene practices.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
