Formulation Development Supervisor

**Location: Cikarang**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Developing product formulations and reformulations with an orderly development system in accordance with the company's strategy in meeting local and global requirements for a product
- Develop a work plan for product development planning
- Prepare batch stability for the purposes of new product development, replacement of existing product source, reformulation
- Creating documents for formula development purposes according to predetermined criteria
- Fulfill the target of developing product formulas according to the predetermined timeline
- Complete troubleshooting of problematic production processes according to production needs
- Prepare documents and data including samples and forms for pre-registration, product registration and production processes
- Develop a product development report every month

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education Pharmacist from reputable University; minimum GPA 3.00 / 4.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome, preferable having minimum 1 year experienced as a formulator in a pharmaceutical company
- Understand cGMP, the various components used in product development, the stages in the development of a product, and various pharmaceutical dosage forms
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) and the internet
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work together in teams to achieve goals
- Have high honesty and integrity
- Creative and innovative at work
- Having a desire to learn
- Has high accuracy and persistence
