Key Responsibility Areas:

- Interact with clients to understand and address shipping needs.
- Process import/export orders, handle shipping documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and update customers on shipment status, promptly resolving any logístical issues.
- Generate accurate invoices, manage billing, and foster strong client relationships.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations, international trade laws, and maintain high-quality standards in shipping processes.
