Students and teachers will be part of a thriving education community attracting diverse student cohorts from across Indonesia and globally.**About the role**:The Foundation Year will commence from September 2024, and we are looking for Foundation Teachers interested in either part time or casual work, to deliver modules to students including:- Academic English; Communication; Research (TESOL qualification is required)- Information Technology / Computing- Mathematics- ManagementFoundation Teachers will be responsible for the leadership and delivery of high-quality program materials resulting in strong academic outcomes and student satisfaction, including preparation of classes and associated materials.The role will also ensure high quality academic learning by students in positive learning environment, including best practice teaching, communicating professional knowledge in a manner which is enthusiastic, energetic and engaging, interacting with students in a courteous and respectful manner, maintaining acceptable standards of student behaviour.**The person we seek must have the following**:- Tertiary qualifications in education and/or a relevant field of expertise related to the discipline being taught.- A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method related to Academic English; Communication; Research.- Experience of having studied or taught in a Western high school or university (or at least have familiarity with those education systems and doctrines)- Teaching experience at a level equivalent to a Certificate of Completion of Senior Secondary Education (Ijazah/STTB SMA/STTB SMK) or Certificate of Graduation (SKHUN).**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:- Up to date knowledge of teaching methodologies and materials development.- Demonstrated conversational fluency in English and Indonesian.- Demonstrated ability to work with changing priorities and meeting deadlines.**How to apply**:If you would like to apply, please submit your resume including a brief outline of your skills and experience as they relate to the role.**For more, see here**:
