Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
- Involved in a variety of strategic efforts to support growth objectives while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
- Bringing together crucial pieces of information such as competitor performance, operational performance, markets, etc., from various internal and external sources in order to develop strategic options
- Analytical role to manage analyses that will provide valuable benchmarking as well as timely insights to various departments
- Support in conducting evaluation of project performance against targets and make necessary adjustments as is necessary
- Gather relevant data and requirements to develop process mapping and business process improvement, performance dashboard, etc
**Requirements**:
- Min. 3-4 years of experience in project management or corporate strategy role
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail
- Have high-energy and proactive nature, and have a positive can-do attitude
- Be result-driven, and have exceptional problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates exceptionally good data analytical skills, and an ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives
- Ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams, both internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in written form
- Good critical and strategic thinking
- Demonstrates proficiency in the use of Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, which will be necessary for the creation of both visually and verbally engaging analyses reports and presentations
**Plus points**:
- Experience in consulting firm/e-Commerce/big 4 accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
