Dare to leap yourself with us!?Translate Gandeng vision into measurable strategic goals and provide high-level guidance for all department leaders?Nurture the team leaders and ensure effective communication in and across departments?Facilitate a collaborative and inclusive working culture to enhance internal teamwork?Inspire a culture of excellence throughout the organization?Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders, including advisors, donors, and community partners?Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations?Maintain communication and reporting with Gandeng's board of advisorsMinimum a 3rd year college student from any majorProven leadership experiences, such as in leading student organizationsExceptional leadership and project management skillsAccustomed in structured and professional working settings, having Internship experiences in notable companies is highly preferredA strategic thinker, results-driven, and ready to make a significant impact in the education sectorStrong commitment to a 1-year term with highly flexible and demanding working hoursAbility to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
