Gandeng Foundation is a non-profit foundation that focuses on creating a sustainable flow of education for Indonesian youths. We aim to synergized ecosystem to improve soft skill education for students and foster youth-led social enterprise and NGO. ?Translate Gandeng vision into measurable strategic goals and provide high-level guidance for all department leaders

?Nurture the team leaders and ensure effective communication in and across departments

?Facilitate a collaborative and inclusive working culture to enhance internal teamwork

?Inspire a culture of excellence throughout the organization

?Manage relationships with high-level stakeholders, including advisors, donors, and community partners

?Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

?Maintain communication and reporting with Gandeng's board of advisors
Minimum a 3rd year college student from any major

Proven leadership experiences, such as in leading student organizations

Exceptional leadership and project management skills

Accustomed in structured and professional working settings, having Internship experiences in notable companies is highly preferred

A strategic thinker, results-driven, and ready to make a significant impact in the education sector

Strong commitment to a 1-year term with highly flexible and demanding working hours

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
