Responsible to perform financial forecasting and reporting for full set financial statement (profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flows). Monitor and analyze operating income, free-cash flow, and working capital in order to support accurate landing. Perform financial variance analysis, identify trends, and propose recommendation for improvements.

Danone seeking an experience **FP&A Analyst**
**Task & Responsibility**:
- Prepare Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow Forecast. Analyse trends, understand the sources and uses of cash over periods.
- Collaborate with Other departments to gather relevant data and assumptions for forecasting Purpose.
- Prepare simulation for free-cash flow, and working capital (inc. other balance sheet components), and other income and expenses for monthly forecast. Collaborate with other respective function for the assumption needed.
- Prepare exercise forex impact, both hedging and non-hedging transaction. Analyze the gap and impact to free-cash flow, and collaborate with other related functions
- Identify opportunities and risks to optimize working capital management done by related functions (such as reducing accounts receivable days, improving inventory turnover, or extending accounts payable terms).
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on Balance Sheet, Working Capital and Free Cash Flow. Communicate findings, and insight
- Monitor outstanding all accrual and deferral components in Balance Sheets and monitor actual in weekly basis.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Be the main Key person for input data in reporting system as per updated instruction from regional and global reporting team. Ensure all reporting package delivered timely and accurately.
- Assist in the development of Annual Budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Work with department heads to gather budget inputs and validate assumptions (including volume assumptions and all its fall thru data).
- Collaborate with Operational team for the assumptions
- Assist in Preparing Forecast Variance analysis in operation financial figure. Communicate with local finance team and other respective function to get reasonable assumptions to minimize bias
About us
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- Have minimum 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in Consumer Good industry.
- Experience in Financial planning and analysis (esp in Balance Sheet and Cash Flow - on top of Profit & Loss), with a track record of progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- The ability to work under pressure is a valuable skill for an FP&A analyst, given the dynamic and often demanding nature of financial roles.
- Familiarity with SAP
- Good business acumen with understanding of industry trends and financial implications is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in financial reporting and analysis.
