Responsibilities:
- Performing tasks in the area of Franchise department.
- Solving technical issues for the franchisees and clients.
- Educate and monitor the staff regarding itialuS concept.
- Continuous work on identifying potential opportunities.
- Conduct training for the new franchisees and make sure they can provide itialuS services in the local market.
- Hold a regular awareness session to develop franchisees' experience in using _**WallPost**_ and preform _**itialuS services**_.

Qualifications:
- 7-9 years' experience preferred in related field with relevant impact indicators.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in management/Supervisory role.
- Experience with ERP (IT Solution) and Finance requirement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (also fluent in country language) and knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Good cross cultural and project management skills, possess ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication, planning, leadership, management and quality assurance skills.
- Strategic thinker, and Problem solver.
- Proven ability to address multiple simultaneous work demands.
