Support Anti-Fraud Head on Producing regular report or an ad-hoc report.
Develop Fraud annual strategic action plan based on gap analysis result.
Share, presenting and obtain approval from Head of Anti-Fraud and Head of Department for any official reporting, regular gap and analysis and Fraud annual plan.
Conduct regular review and recommendation for amendment related to the latest SOP documentation.
Launched Fraud Training awareness regularly to PLAI Staffs, agents, intern, and contract staffs.
Actively involved and produce feedback into annual work plan for Fraud Management inclusive annual risk assessment, regular reporting, Fraud guideline, SOPs, Fraud Strategy, Fraud policies.
To provide an advisory/recommendation on speak out platform and step procedures.
