**About the role**

RTO Consultant helps people to gain more information about Pinhome's RTO (#CicilDiPinhome) program

**What You Will Do**
- Introduce RTO program and give a firm product knowledge to customers (what-why-how).
- Help customers to find suitable RTO projects for them
- Calculate installment simulation
- Collect customer's personal data and required documents
- Refer interested customers to RM/Sales for viewing and next step

**What You Will Need**
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skill
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales target preferably through telephone
- Experience in cold and warm calling
- CRM Database management
