**About the role**
You will be responsible for leading and teaching primary school students in hybrid/online classes of no more than 10 students.
**What you will need**
- High energy individual - the ability to lead and manage a classroom online
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience teaching English, preferably in schools and with some experience online
- A passion for teaching and education
- Deep instincts when it comes to working with kids of all ages
- Intuitive when it comes to classroom management, particularly group-based classes in an online/hybrid setting
- Familiarity teaching on common online platforms e.g. Zoom, Google Meet
- Dependable work ethic
**Additional notes**
- We are flexible when it comes to commitment. All we ask is that you commit to the slots during which you are available. However, we prefer a minimum weekly commitment of 6 hours.
- In addition to teaching during your scheduled times, we also ask that you attend a weekly briefing session with our Head of Curriculum.
- There is no expectation of teaching offline. Classes will all be done online.
- There is no expectation around curriculum development. We will supply the curriculum. We only expect that teachers review the materials and prep for class ahead of scheduled lessons.
