Freelancer - Netsuite System Support

Lamudi is seeking a highly skilled and motivated NetSuite System Support Freelancer to join our dynamic team. You will play a role in maintaining and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system to ensure its seamless functionality and efficiency. It will be a remote working arrangement to support Lamudi Indonesia and Lamudi Philippine.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for our NetSuite ERP system.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and user requirements.

Customize and configure NetSuite modules based on business needs.

Identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and errors promptly.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities.

Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes and procedures.

Conduct user training sessions to enhance their understanding and utilization of the system.
Proven experience as a NetSuite System Administrator or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and configurations.

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP system implementation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
