We are currently offering a career opportunity in the Freight Forwarding Department for the position of:**Freight Forwarding (PIB/PEB) Staff****Responsibilities**:- Manage and monitor shipments from the customer's location to their final destination.- Identify and recommend suitable vendors.- Timely processing of PIB & PEB documentation for both air freight and ocean freight.- Handle import and export documents according to customer specifications.- Draft and review PIB & PEB documents for accuracy.- Ensure precise and punctual processing of licenses.- Stay updated on new regulations and communicate changes to relevant parties.- Process licenses and permits for external stakeholders.- Inform internal teams about any new Customs-related regulations.- Monitor and follow up on new processes, inquiries from customers, and coordinate Customs licensing.- Handle invoicing and billing drafts for customers and vendors.**Requirements**:- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree (S1).- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the EMKL or PPJK industry.- Proficiency in ocean export-import procedures.- Knowledge of import and export operations.- Strong understanding of PEB & PIB processes.- Familiarity with export-import declaration documents (PEB/PIB) and the process of data input into Electronic Data Interchanges (EDI) Customs.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel for business purposes and demonstrate mobility.- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, and Outlook).- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.- Proficiency in Mandarin is a preferred skill.**Salary**: Rp5,100,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to Commute:- Jakarta (required)
