Freight Forwarding Sales Person

As a Freight forwarding Sales Person, you would be responsible for bringing sales for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Road Transportation, Warehousing, and Local Distribution.

**Job description**:

- Sales performance against target assigned.
- Develop new clients and retain the existing clients.
- To respond to incoming queries and ensure quick service to customers.
- Prepare and attend client meetings.
- To be well aware of the import-export market.
- To have a good know-how of the service providers and customers.

- Highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels, especially with external customers.
- Independent and possess a high drive to excel.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Transportation brokerage/sales experience, marketing multipart logístical solutions to a wide range of clients.
- Possess a strong track record for delivering successful sales experience in personal selling, telephone sales, and customer service.
- Knowledge of Trade show, LCL, FCL, and Air Freight, as well as other supply chain management solutions.
- Computer skills: Solid skills with MS Office software; good experience with sales automation, customer relationship management, and other web-based software programs.
- Interpersonal skills: Sociable personality with knowhow at developing relationships.
- Communication skills: This role required to be analytical and a problem solver with an adequate skill set to handle stressful situations while putting the needs of the customer first.
