SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITY**:
Provides guest services, handles the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out of guest.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Excellent in English (both written and spoken), additional Asian foreign language skill (such as Mandarin, Japanese) will be an advantage
Diploma in Hospitality management
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Knowledgeable in Opera system will be an advantage
Ability to work independently, and a team player as well
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Pleasant and charming personality

Willing to work at Night shifts


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
