**Responsibilities**:

- Handling Check in and Check Out
- Responsible of Guest satisfactions
- Responsible for cash handling
- Having passion to serve, sociable, and open minded.
- Able to perform meet the standard SOP as the guidance
- Responsible for Room assignment and allocations
- Incoming call or any other inquiries

**Requirements**:

- Educational and Professional Qualification
- Relevant working experiences and Understand and knowledgeable Karawang City and surroundings
- Preferred Background and Area of Expertise/Specific Language Requirements
- Hotel experience is a plus point. Honest, responsible, hard worker and willing to help
- Minimum Years of Experience 1-2 years
