Front Desk Agent (Fda)

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and welcoming manner- Responsible for check-in and check-out processes- Monitor office supplies in the Front Office- Manage online and phone reservations- Facilitates correspondence with guests- Other responsibilities that may be delegated according to operational needs**Qualifications**:- Minimum of SMA/SMK graduate- Conversational English is a MUST- Well-groomed, polite, guest-service oriented- Excellent customer service skills- Honest and disciplined- Familiar with Rhapsody Realta system**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: From Rp4,500,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tangerang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you familiar with Rhapsody Realta system?
