Frontend Developer Chapter Lead

Job Description:

- Develop KPI team members and conduct regular coaching & counseling to improve team performance
- Regularly monitor the team's work and provide direction according to responsibilities in each area
- Develop a responsive and interactive user interface (UI/UX) using ReactJS, ensuring optimal user interface and experience in the used car sales platform.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features and make improvements to the website by efficiently utilizing ReactJS technology.
- Ensure smooth integration between the company's frontend and backend to provide a smooth and consistent user experience on all website pages.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from Informatics Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Engineering/Information Management or related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 6 years of overall work experience and knowledge of frontend development and programming.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
- Willing to work in the office (location: Jakarta)
