Ftth Row Supervisor

Job Description

1. To monitor and manage the progress of both inhouse ROW team and subcon ROW team and push them secure all permits on time

2. Act as ROW interface with customer for reporting and documentation

3. Support engineering team and subcon team Conduct Site Survey/Staking and deal with pre-ALO negotiations before start implementations.

4. Coordinate and negotiate with Local government to secure Government Permit and Community/Cluster permit quickly.

5. Work out permitting plan to support GPM complete project implementation plan

6. Attend public hearing, sessions and other meetings which includes presentation of project proposal to all requesting parties (both private or government) for the safety and awareness of the public and environment.

7. Resolve any permitting issue or lot owner issue that arise during permitting until site acceptance.

8. Other tasks assigned by GPM

Requirement

1. Bachler or above degree

2. Be familiar with FTTH project permitting process

3. With at least two years of ROW team leader experience

4. Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment

5. Good at communication, coordination

6. With Good Moral Character
