**Full stack developer for early stage start-up**

**Role summary**:
- You will be part of the early team building Weshine as a talented and entrepreneurial Full Stack Developer.

**You will be responsible for**:
- Collaborating with team members to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge software solutions.
- Developing and maintaining both frontend and backend components to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
**We would require you to**:
- Have proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, showcasing successful projects from ideation to deployment.
- Be proficient in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Have strong backend development skills with experience in languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Have knowledge of databases, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Be familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment processes.
- Have ability to work independently
- Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
**We would prefer you to**:
- Have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Have knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have some previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
