**About The Role**

**What You Will Do**
- Design, Develop robust backend services utilizing Node.js and Golang, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
- Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure efficient data access and storage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet our business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of code integrity and organization to ensure software quality and maintainability.

**What We Are Looking For**
- At least 3 years experience in Software Engineering
- Strong proficiency in developing front-end website architecture and creating intuitive user interactions.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of core web and browser concepts.
- Solid experience with server-side languages, specifically Node.js and Golang.
- Familiarity with database technology, particularly MySQL, and experience managing complex data structures and caching solutions (like Redis).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically to overcome challenges.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills, able to lead projects from conception to release.
- Experience in the fintech industry, especially in P2P lending, which will be highly valued as we expand our financial solutions is a plus
