The responsibility of this position is communication with potential customers, such as answering inquiries regarding classes, convincing customers to take trial classes, following up with trial students to analyzing sales data to prepare strategies to improve sales academy.**Responsibilities**:- Convincing customer to join Timedoor Academy using online and offline marketing strategy- Doing the customer supports through WhatsApp- Communicate with potential customers; Answering inquiries regarding classes.- Convincing customers to join the trial class.- Analyzing sales data and preparing marketing strategies.- Helping class operations, admin, and other marketing activities with the team.**Competency**:- Communication and negotiation skills in convincing customers.- Have a good understanding of administrative computer operations (excel, sheets, etc).- Discipline and have a high sense of responsibility and initiative.- Able to work in a team- English skills**Experience**:- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)
