Come join us as we shape the future of technology and create a better society for generations to come.**If you are the right person for this job, we will invite you to the next selection step online.****Responsibility**:- Monitor and enhance teacher quality through ongoing monitoring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews.- Provide feedback on the curriculum and propose improvements.- Communicate effectively with the operational team to enhance business aspects such as drop analytics, student satisfaction, and trial efficiency.- Support events organized by the operational team in terms of curriculum and teaching.- Report regularly to HQ.- Act as educational consultants to parents when needed to support the operational team.**Competency**:- Have at least 1 years of experience leading a team or project- Have an IT background, able to teach students across all grade levels (Junior, Kids, and Teens).- Mobile, able to work in 2-3 branches, own transportation preferred.- Proficient in English preferred.- Excellent interpersonal and team communication skills.- Ability to create clear reports to HQ.**Benefits**:- Salary + Transport Allowance- BPJS Kesehatan- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan- THR**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month**Experience**:- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)- Programming: 2 years (preferred)
