Fullstack Engineer (Golang/Next.Js)

**About us**

We are looking for an experienced** Backend Engineer **to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:

- Develop awesome features to support business and improve overall team output
- Coding, testing, and debugging software with high quality output
- Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, other tech team, and other stakeholders to make it happens
- Peer reviewers for internal team
- Planning and design team deliverables in quarterly basis
- Manage production monitoring report and do necessary feedback actions
- Owning a team or Mastering technical scopes
- Managing future plan within a team or technical scopes
- Prepare timeline and proposals to be reviewed by Engineering managers and CTO
- Become a leader of the team/projects

**What you should have**:

- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or other related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in backend microservices (Go)
- Good in coding, testing, debugging, and maintain high performance scalable softwares
- Well-versed with backend microservices (Go), relational databases, search engines, and asynchronous system design.
- Mainly in Go. Side projects available in Node JS and Python
- Well known with coding best practices in backend project development
- Detailed oriented, able to manage technical risks, and confident working in English
- Able to communicate with other members of the team (business, product, and CTO)
- Great team player for internal team
- Proficiency using Next.Js is nice to have
