**FUND ADMIN**- Liaising with external parties e.g., corporate secretary agents, auditors, tax agents and outsourced service providers to ensure companies' compliance with the regulators (annual filing, business registration, due diligence etc.).- Updating Group Structures, BOD and BOC lists on quarterly basis.- Provide support for the audit process in terms of documentation, where needed.- Review audit documents and information in the financial statements for any discrepancies with Company's records.- Respond to fund accounting inquiries in a timely fashion.- Managing and assisting the documentation (including filing) of ongoing Projects (e.g., corporate action) within the Group.- Attend to ad-hoc requests from Directors as and when it is required.- Any other duties assigned as and when it required.**CORPORATE HRGA**- Maintaining records of corporate documents, policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance with the regulators.- Managing day-to-day operations of general affairs including building maintenance, safety and security.- Administering employee benefits claims such as liaise with insurance provider for claim and others as required.**QUALIFICATION**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal and or any related field.- Meticulous and organized individual, but a team player at the same time.- Minimum of 4+ years of working experience in multi-industries.- Fluent in spoken English, full professional proficiency in reading and writing.- Having experience in Private Equity or similar industries would be a great advantage**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp20,000,000 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:All employees are required to wear mask in the office premises and taking a weekly antigen testAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
