Fx/Crypto Telesales Associate (Bahasa Indonesia)

**What will you be doing**:- Engage with potential clients through telesales to promote our Retail FX & CFDs products.- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.- Assist clients in the account opening process and guide them through the onboarding journey.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients.**Who are we looking for**:- Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must!- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.- Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry will be considered a significant advantage.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**Additional Information**:- Relocation assistance will be provided, including Visa support, flight tickets, and a relocation assistance allowance.**Salary**: Rp9,000,000 - Rp110,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Are you willing to relocate to Malaysia?
