**Responsibilities**:

- Performing to analyze asset & efficiency company cost for unit leased or Purchased
- Ensure overall security of the company's properties, employees and interests.
- Responsible in keeping good relationship between the company and it neighboring communities.
- Supervises procurement request, issuance, inventory and disposal of office supplies, uniforms and other materials controlled by the department.

**Requirements**:

- Minimal Having Experienced at least 1 years & Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Good Skill With Ms. Office as Excel
- Performing to analyze asset & efficiency company cost for unit leased.
- Willing to do 3 months contract
